Vue functions are very powerful, you don't always need software like world machine to create detailed mountain. One problem that i always run into when working with functions is Vue starts to become unstable.

ive never been able to create awsome landscapes with vue, ive never had the patience to stick with it
i suppose its a bit more stable these days, last version i used was vue 6
